Hey after all if you are going to put your mind and body through this shouldn't it be done right :)

Cornbread:

1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Tablespoon Baking Power

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 Eggs

1 cup milk (or soy milk)

1/4 cup oil

3 tablespoons Wheat Germ is desired

Serve:

For a good change serve hot with orange, apricot or plum jam!

Pancakes:

1 1/2 cup Flour

1 cup Wheat Flour

1/2 cup Oatmeal

3 tablespoons Sugar

1-2 tablespoons Molasses

1 teaspoon Salt

4 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Eggs

2 cups Milk

2 tablespoons Canola Oil

For even better flavor use 1/2 cup of Buckwheat Flour and reduce the white and wheat flour by 1/4 cup each. I have not been able to find it at the regular stores for a while now.

Additional Suggestions:

Use BLUEBERRIES, rasins and nuts, or........  If you want to indulge.....  Chocolate Chips and Nuts in the mix and Ice Cream on top!

Melty Cheese:

4 oz. Pimientos

2 teaspoons Arrow Root

1/2 cup RAW Cashews

1 cup Tap Water

2 teaspoons Salt

1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast (NOT Bread yeast)

1/4 cup Quick Oatmeal

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 1/2 cup Boiling Water

Place RAW cashews and Tap Water in blender and mix until completely liquid.  After that is complete add in all the remaining ingredients with the exception of the boiling water.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into boiling water and cook till thickens.

Pecan Pie with LOADS of pecans!

3 eggs

1/3 cup White Sugar

1/3 cup Brown Sugar

pinch salt

1 cup dark Kyro corn syrup

1/3 cup melted margarine

3/4th pound of pecan halves

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and use a wooden spoon to add in the pecans slowly.  Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.

Pie Crust (BEST IN THE WORLD!)

1 3/4 cup Melted Butter Flavor Crisco

4 1/2 cups Flour

1 teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Egg Yolk

1 Cup Water (total with Egg Yolk)

My favorite:

Chocolate pudding with Whipped Cream!

My Wife's Favorite:

Apple with top crust.  If you use a top crust mix sugar and milk together and generously coat the top.  For a crisper top crust use Soy Milk instead of milk.

Pizza Dough:

1 1/8 cup Water

2 tablespoons Butter

2 tablespoons Honey

2 tablespoons Molasses

1/8 cup Brown Sugar

1 1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 cup Oatmeal

1 3/4 cup Flour

1 3/4 cup Wheat Flour

1 Tablespoon Yeast (1 packets)

Few sprinkles of

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (to taste)

-I used to do this all by hand but now I cheat and use a bread maker to prepare the dough so I can take care of our website :)

Pizza Sauce:

1 can Stewed Tomatoes cut up

1 small can Tomato Sauce

Garlic to taste

1/2 small onion chopped

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Basil

1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon (heaping) Salt

dash Pepper

Simmer a LONG time

-I usually cook the entire time the dough is going on LOW heat.
