We now have a price agreement with FedEx now that DHL has closed it's US operations.  This rate will save you normally between 30-40% on your shipping costs from published prices.  These savings will also be passed along to you!  We do not have a normal "Ground" pick up but would utilize FedEx 3 day service which is close to the same cost when asked.

Please be aware that FedEx recently changed our route which has changed our delivery times from 9:30am to be nearly 10:15 to 10:30am on most days and they have begun to place pick up times close to 4:00.  I have requested and contacted FedEx many times about this and it seems that it is of a low interest to us so we are going to begin negotiations with UPS.  We can drop off at the FedEx location till 6:30pm but when a roll is processed and printed and finished at 6:30pm we can not get it to them before they lock their doors and there is no option for a later pick up.  I am told that we are one of the biggest stops on their route now but it seems that they are not too interested in helping us and this has been reducing our ability to turn around items the same day.

Our UPS NDA (and ground many times) has started to be delivered BEFORE FEDEX.  The only comment FedEx has officially said thus far is "Tell your clients to use first AM delivery".  I told them I would pay for UPS before asking folks to do that.
